FOLDING CRATES

PALLET CASES

The crates are made of FIANCHI, TESTE E COPERCHIO, resting on a carrier base depending on the capacity, which can be the same for both wooden crates and plywood cases.
Our wooden crates are made up of:

FUND
This can be considered perhaps the most important part of the cashdesk as it will be what will have to guarantee the strength of the cashier itself. It can be constructed in various ways with various thicknesses all selected depending on the weight and type of machinery to be inserted.

ACCESSORY ELEMENTS
Coupled Welded Barriers, Dehydrated Salts, Ropes, Pullers, Iron Angles, are just a small example of workmanship that can be made to make sure that the cashbox kicks in full with the machinery you have to carry. SPIL SRL is able to offer the most varied solutions to meet the needs of the customer, and also provide the ability to construct and mark every single packaging according to FAO Standard ISPM 15. For those machines destined for the EXTRA EUROPE market, a certificate issued directly by SPIL is foreseen to avoid the long periods of quarantine imposed by the various countries.
SPIL will be happy to listen to your needs and generate the best possible solution to help you achieve the optimum result.

WOODEN TABLE WALLS

MALE WOODEN TABLES constructed with panels already shaped "male" and "female" and hand-wound one by one with the addition of traverses to provide greater welding to the structure of the sides and lids.

WOODEN TABLES

WOODEN TABLES joined and kept with the addition of traversers that will weld to the structure of the lid heads.

BOXES IN PHENOLIC PLYWOOD

Our PHENOLIC PLYWOOD BOXES are constructed of phenolic plywood panels cut to size which will form the sides of the box. Traverses are designed to provide greater sturdiness for the casing.

OSB BOXES

OSB BOXES constructed with the principles of phenolic plywood but in OSB material (plywood reprocessed and recomposed on panels)

FOLDING CRATES

Built with phenolic plywood and sheet metal so the walls can bend; the bottom is made of wood and the lid has small wooden slats that will fit into the box when it is recycled. Its use is generally in the case of low weight transport and if the customer does not have the space required to contain the same quantity of mounted crates.
